We are looking forward to show you the latest developments from Aigner at the LIGNA: our new HIGH-SPEED cutter system, which increases productivity in solid wood processing with cutting speeds up to 120m/s, especially in window production.

We also show You all new Konstantin® milling cutters, such as the Konstantin® Mini milling cutters for hand routers with ball bearing (C166), or the shank grooving cutters for CNC machining (C243 and C244).

We look forward to showing you our latest developments for professional woodworkers from Aigner at HOLZ-HANDWERK.

We will be presenting a world first in the field of milling tools.

On July 22, 2021, we celebrated the groundbreaking of our new company building. The company expansion will increase the production area, the office and social rooms.

After the official groundbreaking ceremony, there was also a barbecue with the project participants ABH Generalplanung GmbH, Waizenauer GmbH & Co KG and the employees of Aigner Werkzeuge.

Congratulations on the project came from Laurenz Pöttinger, member of the National Council, Gerhard Schaur, mayor of Taufkirchen/Trattnach, Hans Moser, head of the WKO office, and Günther Baschinger, head of the Economic Association of the Grieskirchen district, who also attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

The extension will double the production area by 2,200 square meters. The office space will also be increased by 200 square meters. In addition, the social rooms will be redesigned and a catering kitchen will be installed, enabling our employees to enjoy hot meals.

The extension will ensure new jobs and the continuous growth of Aigner Werkzeuge. In addition, the location in Taufkirchen a. d. Trattnach will be secured for further decades and the successful sales and export growth course of the company can be continued.

The Konstantin® Mini range has been further developed and the result is a wide variety of models for manual routers with manual feed. The advantage here is the constant diameter of the milling cutters, which is matched to the thrust bearing.

The proven Konstantin® system has now been transferred to small diameters, resulting in the Konstantin® Mini milling cutters for CNC machines. These are available from D16 to D30 in various lengths. The big advantage is that the cutting edges on the milling cutter can be interchanged.
